During the Coverage of Katrina events
For the black boy in the picture, the caption called it "looting" (pillage). For the white woman in the picture, the caption said she "found the food".
The same picture: both in the water swimming with some food for their stomach, so they don't die of hunger like it happened to others during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina!!!!
